making of SAKSHAMA 08!!!!

was really busy with sakshama n also duo to poor wi-fi, blogging about this now.
with sakshama 08 approaching, everyone was busy in the department. many things were being planned n loads of work done.meetings were scheduled n many teams were formed with work being assigned for the different teams. permissions asked for putting up various things. banners,certificates, id cards ,maps,schedule ,score sheets n other things were for events were designed n printed.and finally the final day approached.few pics too.

FESTEMBER 08 n PRO NITE AT NIT T

finally catching up with blogging after a really hectic schedule..so will try the best to put in everything..
after my exams, my department's technical fest was nearing n so had loads of work to do.in the meanwhile nit trichy's cultural fest called festember was scheduled n we all planned to got there. it was a three day event full of fun.on 19 the pro nite was scheduled with drums sivamani n karthik being the ones to perform on the stage.it was a really good performance n we enjoyed it like hell,though the organising sucked to the core.caught up with ma friends at nit t n went around n saw everything.it was really huge.. spent good time with my friends n was back to my coll at 2 am.
as usual SASTRA, my coll , won the festember for 10 time in a row.
n also the best was salsa dance..he he..lol..

GOOGLE's G1

Google has introduced a new phone called the G1. It is set to rival Apple's iPhone. It runs the Android operating system fully coded by google experts. It is made by HTC mobiles of Japan and sold in the US by T-mobile for $179. Besides the touchpad, it also has an integrated keyboard. It supports all of google's online applications with excellent flexibility. (you need a google account to use this phone!). But it is a bit costly for its price. It is 30% heavier and thicker than the iPhone, it has just 1gb of mem card, all that for $179, but an iPhone with 8gb internal mem is $199.

Higgs boson or the god particle.

A few things that i would like to share with u people..this is the latest activity at CERN..they are trying to find about this particle..
The God Particle is said to have given mass to all that exists today. This particle existed about 10 to 11 seconds after the formation of the universe, constituting a field called the Higgs Field. The amount of time a particle reacted with it, the more massive it got. The idea of such a particle was suggested by Peter Higgs, a British physicist. This elusive particle is what is going to unravel the mysteries of the properties of matter. CERN's LHC will be ripping apart protons, recreating the initial conditions of the universe, in search of the elusive GOD PARTICLE.

blogging after a week........

its been a very hectic schedule n so could not blog much. it was exams!!! so had dig through my stuff n find the books n had to go through them.. it was like studyin greek n latin but somehow managed to finished them..then our paper got selected at SRM university n so had to come to chennai for the same. we had the presentation today, we could not win the event though..will be leaving to tanjore tomorrow night.
my college is bustling with activities.. the intra-mural cul fest called carpedium plus sports meet called coloseum have been scheduled this weekend.and from the info i got from my friends, it seems they are rocking.
